The Village of Arthur Facade Program
The Village of Arthur Facade program is designed to assist owners of commercial property within the TIF District to improve the exterior appearance of their properties. Eligible building owners can receive up to $10,000.00 in grant money per building on a 50/50 basis between the Village and property owner. Applications with further details are available at the Municipal Office in Arthur. Funding may be limited and subject to the approval of the Village Board of Trustees.
