The Village of Arthur TIF Financing Assistance Program
The Village of Arthur TIF Financing Assistance Program is designed to preserve and create a vital business and industrial center within the TIF District. Funding is based on how well the project reuses vacant or underutilized floor space or land, incorporates new construction or expansion, meets infrastructure needs, makes aesthetic improvements, addresses code requirements, provides community needs, and creates or retains jobs. Eligible projects can receive up to $75,000.00 at 50% funding of the project if it meets certain criteria as evaluated by the Village Board of Trustees.
